- •Done-for-you production is one-shot: Our service creates one complete video project based on your description. We do not offer additional done-for-you production rounds. Once delivered to your account, you have full platform access to edit, regenerate, and refine the video yourself.
- •No refunds: All sales are final. Once you order our models start working on your project with human-in-the-loop. Due to this, no refunds can be issued. By paying, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
- •Delivery method: Your video is delivered as a complete project inside the Vividoc platform. You will receive account access (or a project invitation if you already have an account) to preview, edit, regenerate, and download your video directly. Delivery is confirmed once the project is visible in your account.
- •Duration is approximate: Video lengths are our best effort to match the selected duration. A “30-second” video may run approximately 25–40 seconds depending on your content — we cannot guarantee an exact runtime.
- •Content responsibility: You confirm you own or have rights to any content you send us. We will not create content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property.
