- •Consultation is free and zero obligation: Submitting an enquiry costs nothing. You only pay once you accept a written proposal and we agree on scope and monthly rate.
- •Monthly billing, not annual upfront: All contracts — including 4-month and 12-month — are billed monthly. You pay each month as we deliver. No large upfront payment required.
- •Contract terms: Flexible Monthly requires 30 days written notice to cancel. Growth (4-month) and Annual Partner (12-month) contracts have a minimum term. Early termination may incur a fee as outlined in your agreement.
- •Powered by the Vividoc platform: All video and AI workflows are built and run inside the Vividoc platform. A platform account is required — we set it up for you as part of onboarding at no extra cost.
- •AI-generated content: All deliverables are produced using AI tools. Output is reviewed by our team before delivery, but is not live-action, human-filmed, or traditionally produced content.
- •Content rights & responsibility: You must own or have rights to any brand assets, scripts, data, or materials you provide. We will not produce content that is misleading, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
- •Delivery timelines: Monthly content packs are delivered on an agreed production schedule confirmed during onboarding. Rush delivery outside the agreed schedule may incur additional fees.
